You need to be descriptive but Word will pick up on the entire line. What you need is a style separator ctrl + alt + enter to separate the title from the description.

• Quickly Update Fields
  • Ctrl + A to highlight everything
  • F9 to refresh it - may need to press the Fn button for it to work
• Cross Reference Tables and Figures for Automatic Updates
• Clean list of abbreviations
