Android vs Apple

I ended up getting the OnePlus 13R from my New Phone Look research.
It was ~$670 with the student discount and came with nord earbuds. I'm not sure if I will use the earbuds yet or if I will try to sell them, I rather like my Shokz headphones.
There are a lot of different bits to get used to when you change from an Apple device to an Android device. I know that Android is highly customizable so I need to find the parallel options!
- No built in health device -> Fit App
- No call through emergency list -> Still trying to find a solution
- Gesture swiping only goes back -> Apple will go forward and back, need to find a browser that can both buttons visible?
- The one time code does not show up automatically on the keyboard anymore -> Inconvenient but safer not to
- Cannot increase brightness from lockscreen -> I had such a bad time with this one where my phone was at lowest brightness so I couldn't see it when I stepped outside.
- Edit:: This was updatable in the settings
- Emoji keyboard, not searchable to get quick emoji suggestions
- Wow the quality of the camera really is bad! I haven't found a way to get the same level of clarity, even a moving cat is hard to take a clear picture of at point blank range
